Administrative Assistant
We are seeking a qualified individual to join our team at our Head Office as an Administrative Assistant. The role involves managing all administrative processes in a busy office, organizing events, arranging and attending meetings as required, central procurement processes and other initiatives. This is a full time contract for 14 months to cover maternity leave, with the opportunity to move into permanent employment if more positions open up. The successful candidate will need to have excellent oral, verbal and written communication skills, have exceptional organization skills with a strong attention to detail, possess experience with Microsoft Office, and will need to have a valid drivers license with access to a vehicle.
